I work by building trust and understanding: my goal is to coach and mentor in a way that allows an individual to express, create and articulate their vision. I have the ability to tune into people at all levels and to demonstrate an understated curiosity that encourages people to open up and to challenge themselves. I actively listen and this gives me a deep understanding of individuals and organisations – enabling me to demonstrate empathy and build trust.
